Functional principle of diaphragm dosing technology

At the heart of our diaphragm dosing technology are the patented double diaphragm technology and the hydraulic dosing axis. This high-precision system guarantees safe and loss-free operation that is perfectly adapted to the requirements of modern production processes:

Loss-free fluid control

The high-precision hydraulic flow is converted into an exactly equal fluid flow without losses, which enables exceptional precision.

Patented double diaphragm

Our technology ensures process-safe separation between the neutral liquid and the processing fluid. This guarantees the purity of the materials and trouble-free operation.

Consistent dosing quality

Thanks to the innovative design, the dosing accuracy remains permanently stable - a basic requirement for the optimum implementation of chemical mixing processes.

Our product range

Hydraulic dosing axis

The hydraulic metering plunger meters hydraulic oil with high precision and feeds it into a diaphragm chamber. A servomotor, coupled with a reduction gearbox and a ball screw spindle, moves the metering plunger, which feeds the hydraulic oil into the chamber without loss.

High accuracy is achieved by a precise drive with 8000 steps per millimeter and pressure compensation between the cylinder chambers. This pressure compensation minimizes the drive forces and protects the seals, ensuring smooth, jerk-free movement.

The double diaphragm technology enables a loss-free conversion of the hydraulic flow into an identical fluid flow and reliably separates the liquids. This achieves a consistently precise dosing quality that creates optimum conditions for chemical mixing processes.

Mode of operation
  • 1-, 2- or multi-component dosing
  • Discontinuous or continuous operation
  • Automatic or manual operation
  • Conventional or electrostatic application
  • High, medium or low pressure applications
  • Pressure-controlled or volume-controlled
Properties
  • Dosing quality independent of the properties of the processing media, e.g. viscosity, temperature fluctuations, solids content, abrasiveness, etc.
  • Guaranteed dosing and mixing quality provides optimum conditions for the chemical reaction process
  • Significant savings in the areas of material costs as well as spare parts and maintenance costs
  • Wear-free construction and operation
  • Pulsation-free operation
