The PROMERA mini-piston dispenser series is specially designed for applications in medical technology, the plastics industry and in small rubber mixers. This series enables the precise volumetric dosing of liquids in batch operation and is ideal for special mixtures used in research and development or in the manufacture of seals.

Functional principle of the mini-piston dispenser:

The piston dosing cylinder (0.3/ 1.2/ 4.8/ 10 liters) is driven by a hydraulic system from PROMERA.
External feed pumps or ring lines supply the dosing cylinder with the medium and a digital position measuring system records the position with high precision.
A PLC control system calculates the piston position and corrects parameters such as temperature, density and gas load.
The medium is injected into the mixer variably or constantly via an injection valve with up to 6 fluid connections.
The recipe is managed via communication with a higher-level control system.

Injection valves

Our injection valves are specially developed for use with large piston dispensers and guarantee a reliable supply of material. They are connected directly to the piston dispenser and serve as the end point of the pipelines. The valves close the system securely to prevent the lines from running empty and are optimized for larger discharge volumes and bore diameters.

High capacity:
Up to 6 (or 5 with HVS) different fluids can be processed per injection point

Safe shut-off:
Fluids that are not required in the current recipe are safely and actively shut off.

Reliability:
Contamination or blockages due to non-return valves are excluded.

No material mixing:
The valves effectively prevent unwanted mixing of the fluids between the piston metering unit and the injection valve.

Robust design:
Thanks to the ceramic coating, the injection valves are highly resistant to chemicals and mechanical stress.
