Bending

Forming, bending or die bending

For us at PROMERA, bending (also known as edging, curving, or die bending) is an important process for the manufacture of assemblies.

Our press brake - Baykal APHS 31120

A press brake consisting of an upper and lower tool is used for bending. The upper tool (punch) is pressed into the lower tool (die) in a controlled manner to bend the material into the desired shape. This process enables precise processing of a wide range of materials and shapes.

Advantage

With this technology, we offer you precise edge processing for a wide range of sheet thicknesses and materials. Our press brake guarantees consistently high quality and dimensional accuracy - ideal for demanding projects and assembly solutions.
