Why mixhead technology from PROMERA?
Our mixing heads are available in different versions. With flexible customization options, they integrate seamlessly into your production processes and ensure consistently high-quality results. Our modular systems allow you to assemble complex units that cover functions such as mixing components, changing materials, rinsing and recirculating.
A special feature of our mixing head technology is the recirculation of all fluids upstream of the mixing chamber, which ensures that all materials immediately arrive in the mixing chamber in the correct dosing ratio.

High-pressure mixing head
Area of application:
For 1-, 2- and multi-component dosing systems.
Working pressure:
Up to 250 bar.
Materials:
Hard anodized, PTFE-coated aluminium, seals made of PTFE, FKM or Viton.
Special features:
- Pneumatically controlled valves.
- Suitable for abrasive paints and varnishes.
- Robust design for industrial requirements.
- Modular system: Color mixing and interchangeable systems with any number of components possible.
Low pressure mixing head
Area of application:
Versatile use in dosing systems with low working pressure.
Working pressure:
Up to 6 bar.
Materials:
Stainless steel or hard-anodized, PTFE-coated aluminium, seals made of PTFE, FKM or Viton.
Optional features:
- Tempered version up to 130 °C.
- Pressure and temperature measurement in the material possible.
- Control by pneumatic or hydraulic valves.
2-component high-pressure manual mixing head
Lightweight, ergonomic and efficient - ideal as a replacement for cartridge systems.
Area of application:
Processing of polyurethane systems directly from large containers. Replaces conventional cartridge systems in conjunction with an appropriately designed dosing system.
Materials:
Hard anodized, PTFE-coated aluminium, stainless steel fittings, PTFE hoses, seals made of PTFE, FKM or Viton.
Special features:
- Ergonomic design and low weight.
- Replaceable plastic mixing element.
- Environmentally friendly and cost-efficient compared to disposable cartridges.
