Diaphragm dosing technology
What technical capabilities do PROMERA's diaphragm metering systems have?
- Dosing of filled and abrasive materials.
- Simultaneous and oscillation/pressure fluctuation-free dosing of two- and multi-component systems.
- High viscosities up to over 1 million mPas.
- No sliding seals. This allows the dosing of UV-curing lacquers or isocyanate curing systems, for example.
- High dosing system pressure up to 250 bar.
- Active or passive recirculation possible up to the mixing head.
- Process temperature up to 135°C.
Piston dosing technology
What technical capabilities do PROMERA piston dosing systems offer?
- Dosing of liquids without solid content.
- Batch dosing.
- High viscosities up to 75,000 mPas
- Specially developed material piston seal for long service life.
- Dosing system pressure up to 60 bar.
- Internal recirculation of the flow through the material piston and external recirculation of the metering line.
- Process temperature up to 100°C.
