Overview and structure

Industrial material station for handling 3 liquids, supplied in 220-liter drums.

  • Day tank with a nominal capacity of 300 liters.
  • Independent temperature control of the daily tanks. Each daily tank is connected to the hot water supply of the building's central heating system (energy efficiency).
  • Integrated drip tray.
  • Forklift pockets for easy transport (no skids, cranes, or special equipment required).

Barrel handling

  • Custom-made cover with extra-large opening (DN100) for sufficient flow rate due to the extreme viscosity of a liquid.
  • Vent pipe for each barrel, connected to the desiccant cartridge.

  • Made entirely of stainless steel
  • Double-walled, material temperature control with hot water
  • Equipped with level sensors
  • Material transport to the dosing system with gear pumps (type according to the required flow rate and viscosity).

  • Additional automatic checkweigher for calibration and process monitoring.
